  We're a young couple, stayed one night on an unpowered site. Great location looking over the water and had a beautiful sunset at our doorstep. Bathrooms are dated but really well kept and clean! The reception were very friendly - we were arriving after office closed at 6pm and they were happy to leave an envelope with all paperwork/key for bathroom.

  Great place to stay the staff are really friendly and helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here and both times have been extremely enjoyable.

  The facilities were very well kept, both toilets and eating areas and the proximity to the lake was unbeatable with the beach only a few mins walk up the road.

  The staff were most accommodating during our stay, helping us with relocating to a more suitable site to relax during our stay (away from some reveling holidaymakers) as well as with a jump for the dead battery in our truck.

  Kitchen area was great and had a nice view over the lake, but I'd never stay again as there was a very strong disgusting smell of sulphur (like rotten eggs) which started in the middle of the night. I think it's something to do with rotting weeks in the lake.

  This is the first time my partner and I stayed here, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return and recommend to friends.

  Lovely style cabin but not 100% clean. Park n facilities were excellent for family's.. it was disappointing to wake up to such a bad smell from the lake.. kids loved skating around

  Waking up in the morning the lake out the front did have a mild smell but we fired up the BBQ and it was gone - nothing intense!
